We pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the diverse needs and aspirations of our members.
My approach to personal training and sports injury treatment is to work closely with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through holistic exercise/health programs and motivational support. I focus on:
Assessment: conducting an initial fitness assessment to determine clients' current fitness levels, health status, goals and any special limitations or considerations.
Goal setting: working with clients to establish realistic and achievable fitness goals based on their individual needs, preferences and schedule.
Individual online training via Microsoft Team, Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp or any other method that suits you. I create a customized training program that meets your objectives from the comfort of your home, office or park anywhere in the world.
These programs focus on endurance and functional capacity after injury or surgery, to facilitate a safe return to daily activities and sport. They generally involve a multidisciplinary approach and other specialized interventions tailored to the person's specific injury. The duration and intensity of rehabilitation may vary according to a variety of factors. However, consistency and adherence to the rehabilitation plan are essential for optimal results.

Rex has been my personal trainer for almost 14 years now. When I met him, on personal recommendation, I was in very bad shape due to a serious back injury. I had been attending a Harley Street Sports physiotherapy clinic every week for over a year, but was no better. I couldn't get my hands past my knees or even turn my head to the side. I shuffled my feet when I walked. When Rex came to my house, I told him it would be a waste of time. By the time he left my house that day, I could touch my toes. Eight weeks later, I was fully mobile, exercising, running and climbing again. It's kept me fit, strong and healthy ever since. It uses the mind to heal the body, it's an incredible experience. When I ruptured my ACL skiing in January, my orthopaedic consultant told me it would take six months to heal. Rex worked his magic and six weeks later I'm completely healed, and I've been training the whole time. This man is a miracle worker.
Rex has been an indispensable part of my life for over 12 years. I've trained with him at home, at the gym and online. In that time, he has transformed my physical strength and endurance and supported my mental well-being. He is always vigilant and encouraging, monitoring every repetition and pushing me to complete every circuit. He sets the goals he knows I can achieve, then gets me over the hurdles in my head.
I have been training with Rex for four years in London. Rex understands my goals and creates a plan to help me get there using more creative intensive training methods and my guide to improving my eating habits. My personalized training plan motivates me to train more regularly. What strikes me most is that Rex goes above and beyond for his customers. I see him 3 times a week and not only does he keep me from blessing myself, but he also helps me overcome/prevent the injuries I cause in tennis and other activities. One day I can be doing sprints in Kensington Gardens and the next day at the gym lifting weights.
Rex is a good listener, patient and kind yet will push you to achieve your goals.
I first met Rex on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in June 2010. Having always hated the gym and even more hated running, I somehow convinced myself for the 100th time to give running a try.
So I jumped on the treadmill and started running... when suddenly the person next to me running like it was a walk in the park said softly to me, “You need to slow down, you're running too fast!” And that's how I met Rex! We started chatting and in the end, I decided I should give this guy a try! I'd never been to a physiotherapist before and was frankly quite sceptical.
14 years later, I see Rex twice a week all year round and I don't hate the gym anymore. I look forward to our sessions, especially when my hour with him is over, especially because I always feel good (no matter if I've had a bad day or a headache or a wonderful day, I feel even better).
My hip used to snap every time I did crunches on the floor, but that's no longer the case. I feel strong in my body and that gives me confidence. When I bless myself by doing something random, the first person I call is Rex. He's very knowledgeable and no chiropractor or physiotherapist can compare! The time I spend with him is an investment in myself!

I've been training with Rex for over 14 years and our work together has undoubtedly changed my life for the better. While many trainers will teach you how to lift weights, Rex's approach is to understand you as a person, both physically and physiologically. In this way, he creates a truly personalized training program, designed to produce results whatever your starting point, from complete beginner to experienced athlete. Perhaps most surprising of all, Rex makes training fun and enjoyable. His sense of humor is infectious, and seeing him is a great way to disconnect from work and focus on health and wellness. I highly recommend working with him - I've been delighted with the results and with Rex, the journey is as fun as the destination.

After struggling with two herniated discs and enduring two years of pain that no medical intervention was able to fix, working with Rex has been a game-changer for me. Rex is incredibly knowledgeable about the body, injury recovery and physical health and his approach is methodical and thorough. He takes the time to truly understand your needs, creating personalised sessions that are both challenging and supportive. His patience and encouragement have been key in my recovery, and thanks to his dedication, we were able to gradually strengthen and isolate and address the underlying cause of my pain. I’m grateful for Rex’s help and can’t recommend him highly enough to anyone seeking a truly skilled and compassionate personal trainer and injury specialist.
